Quality
Quality Control Process
1. Incoming Material Inspection
Checks raw materials (e.g., fabrics, hardware, zippers) against quality standards—verifies material thickness, color fastness, hardware durability, and compliance with order specifications to eliminate defective inputs.

2. In-process Inspection
Monitors key production steps (e.g., cutting, sewing, hardware installation) at fixed intervals. Ensures accurate pattern cutting, neat stitching (no loose threads), secure hardware attachment, and consistent product dimensions.
3. Finished Product Inspection
Conducts comprehensive testing on fully assembled luggage: checks overall appearance (no scratches/stains), functional performance (zipper smoothness, handle load-bearing, wheel rotation), and compliance with safety standards (e.g., REACH, Prop 65).

4. Finished Product Packaging Inspection
Verifies packaging integrity: confirms correct labeling (brand, model, barcode), adequate cushioning (to prevent transit damage), and compliance with shipping regulations (e.g., weight, dimension limits).
5. Shipment & Post-Shipment Continuous Improvement
Internal Optimization: Analyzes defects from previous inspection links, updates quality checklists, and trains production teams to reduce recurrence.
Customer Feedback Integration: Collects client feedback on product quality post-delivery, investigates issues (e.g., transit damage, functional failures), and adjusts quality control measures to enhance satisfaction.
